Well I am not starting this week’s post with an image because I need to explain it first. Most of my 10 random images are cute, and happy, and kinda pretty…and hey maybe I am some of those things, but more often than not I am a little bit silly! Sometimes it can be hard in the stress and busyness of life to take time to just be like a kid, be goofy and have fun…but I try to do it as much as I can!
I am so thankful for vacation that gives me dedicated time to be silly!!! This picture was taken on our last day of vacation, it was a rainy day and we needed to do something so we went to the movies and well….here is a pic of me….being me :) Hope it doesn’t scare you off!!!
1. I love movie popcorn but don’t usually like going to the movies….solution : buy a movie popcorn machine to have in studio for viewing sessions and also use it when I wan to watch movies at home!
2. I like Canadian slushies better than ICEES. Actually I like a lot of Canadian things better. McDonalds soft serve, yogun fruz, frozen pizzas….yes maybe I had all of those things when I was away
3. I really do like being like a child, they just have so much fun!!! At the zoo Alex thought he would feel weird because it looked like we were the only ones that didn’t have kids…but after a few exhibits in when I made my monkey faces and did my penguin walk…Alex said “turns out I DID bring a child with me” He loves me ;)
4. I have made mention before that I don’t normally like wearing socks….but I almost always put socks on when I am on a plane.
5. I like having pretty nails :) really wish this french manicure wasn’t chipping away!
6. Oh and SUGAR or CAFFEINE in concentrated doses makes me bounce off the walls!!!
7. In California there is an actual place (I actually saw two!!!) called WEINERSCHNITZEL and its shaped like a hot dog!!! It was pretty funny.
8. When going to this movie we ordered a large popcorn and large drink (Cuz that’s what we would share at home) and they were HUGE. They told us we were entitled to free refills and I laughed right at him….but we finished BOTH!!! And on the way into the theatre a little girl looked up at me and went “woooooooooow thats a BIG popcorn!!!” lol made me feel even better when we polished it off!
9. I have trouble throwing things away, the weirdest one is shoes….even shoes with no soles, and lots of holes, and stink up the closet…maybe its because we’ve been through so much together…I’m working on it though.
10. I love a good clementine (had 5 today) but am always scared when I buy a new box because sometimes they are REALLY bad…and then they don’t get eaten and I hate wasting food!
