Jenn & Ryan’s Weird Weathered Wedding

Well I know we live in Halifax and often live by the mantra “if you don’t like the weather…just wait 5 minutes” but I can tell you this day threw me for a loop. When we went into  the hotel for some getting ready coverage it was 27 an HOT and SUNNY without a cloud in the sky, and an hour later when we went for our first look some of the thickest fog I had seen in Halifax had rolled in, leaving us in a cold, misty, windy day. But nothing could dampen the spirits of this wedding party and couple! (Even when their poolside ceremony had to be moved indoors at the last minute!)

Often I will steal  the couple away for a couple shots later on in the day, and just as their dance was getting underway I noticed the fog had lifted enough that you could see a bit of Halifax in the background, so we hopped down to the Dartmouth waterfront to grab a few shots! Jenn & Ryan, thank you again for having us there to capture your day! You two are truly special and I wish you all the best in your life together!
