It was a cold day in Halifax when Martin and I took a wander walk around the city getting him some new portraits. This is my favorite way to shoot, moving around trying different angles, locations, backdrops and poses. Last night I attended the Halifax for Haiti concert at the Metro Centre, and Joel Plaskett closed up the show singing “there’s a reason that I love this town” and you know what…I do, I love it in Halifax. It may be freezing cold, and it has its faults, but I love living here (i was going to say there is no where else in the world I’d rather live…but if my family all moved with me I could think of a couple places :)!) There is so much variety and so many great spots to hang out and take photos…its a great little town with pretty great people. Anyway here are some shots from our walk :)
