Jody & Alan have an annual Canada day party at their home and this year they decided to turn their Canada day party into their wedding! It was a bit different as the bride and groom were mingling around with the guests before the wedding, one guest (a friend of the groom) actually said to Jody “I think I missed the wedding I haven’t seen the Bride” to which Jody replied “I am the bride” lol, no one expected to have her just chatting in the tent while people snacked! It was so wonderful that they were able to have the ceremony and reception on their own property and finish the night off with their amazing fireworks display! I also got to see my first firefly up close! (I know hard to believe I had never seen one!!) It was a beautiful day and I was so glad to be a part of it!
