This photo was taken by the talented Liam Hennessey of www.appleheadstudio.com. It was a test shot for our Help Portrait Shoot back in December, it may not show his creative genius to its full potential (which believe me…is huge!) but it was a pretty good test shot don’t you think!

Random facts

1. I love to reminisce. I could look at photos, tell stories with old friends and read old journals for entire rainy Saturdays… with that in mind here are some other random things from my past.

2. In Junior high I got an award the year I graduated. It was for being an “all around student” (good grades, sports, volunteering etc) however the award was written “all-round” I still think there is a better way to word that…what if I really was “all-round” ??

3. I love to dance! And I love to dress up! So only fitting that I went to like 5 grade 9 proms and I think 4 grade 12 proms…gosh thats bad I cant remember. I am going to have to look that up!

4. I was never one of those people who was REALLY good at any one sport, but I loved to play. While in school I played volleyball, (Favorite) basketball, soccer, badminton and was also on the cheerleading team.

5. In elementary school I was a first class skipper. Yup, cris-cross made me want to jump-jump.

6. I was jr high student government vice president in grade 8 and president in grade 9… and when I was in grade 9 I briefly dated the president student government from our rival school.

7. In elementary I was sooo not a cool kid, I was chubby and had THICK plastic glasses…I am thinking one of these posts will have to be old pics just for kicks!

8. Growing up I had a golden retriever named Skipper. He was a great dog, miss him lots, but he was dumb as a post!

9. Ok really random (like really) but we lived at 23 Glenn Drive. When I was younger I met a guy named Glenn, and there was a pretty big age difference, but I was pretty interested in him, and his name was Glenn…and he was 23…so I thought it was meant to be. And I guess it was, we’re still friends now :) just not what I had thought at the time!

10. I had a great pink stuffed bear? or bunny? or something…I called him stuffy. But at the end of stuffy’s life he lost his stuffyness… so I used to say “stuffy wuffy was a bear, stuffy wuffy had no hair, stuffy wuffy wasnt very stuffy was he?” classic…I know :)He was well loved…and had many sets of stitches, scotch tape and beautiful stains :)
